General Guidance successfully concluded its participation at GSOF Europe 2026 (GSOF Symposium Europe), held October 6–8 in Rome, Italy.
It was a privilege to participate alongside Inertial Labs, a VIAVI Solutions company, and engage with defense industry professionals, technology innovators, and representatives of the international Special Operations Forces community.
Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to establish numerous valuable new contacts, strengthen existing partnerships, and explore promising opportunities for future cooperation.
GSOF Europe 2026: GPS-Denied Navigation and Tactical Communications
Discussions focused on the growing demand for resilient navigation in GPS-denied and GNSS-contested environments, as well as reliable tactical communications for mission-critical defense operations.
Particular interest centered on advanced inertial navigation systems (INS), assured positioning, navigation and timing (APNT), anti-jamming and anti-spoofing technologies, and secure communication solutions, including MANET and mesh networking.
These capabilities are increasingly important for unmanned platforms, autonomous systems, and defense applications where maintaining navigation accuracy and reliable communications is essential, even under challenging operational conditions.
GSOF Europe 2026 was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, develop new business relationships, and identify potential collaborations across the defense and security sectors.
New Contacts and Opportunities for Cooperation
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Inertial Labs and VIAVI Solutions teams for the opportunity to participate alongside them, as well as to everyone who visited us and contributed to the many productive discussions throughout the event.
We look forward to continuing these conversations and turning new connections into lasting partnerships.
